The Funding Committee's goal is to explore new sources of public funds to ensure the sustainability of arts organizations in the City of Sacramento and, ultimately, the surrounding region.

Facilities

The Facilities Committee's goal is to determine how art venues can help develop Sacramento into a city known for great arts by researching what Sacramento currently offers and national best practices, models and lessons learned. The committee will recommend actions that should be taken to place Sacramento as a city of great arts.

Co-Chair: Buck Busfield, B Street Theatre

The Facilities Committee meets the first Tuesday of every month.

Marketing

The Marketing Committee's goal is to plan, develop and execute marketing programs, projects and events to increase awareness of the rich and diverse Sacramento arts community, from organizations to individual artists.

Arts Education

The Arts Education Committee's goal is create an active plan to preserve, strengthen and grow arts education in the Sacramento region, specifically for K-12 education, higher education, arts organizations, social service organizations and the community.

Film

The Film Committee's goal is to create an action plan to identify ways to increase film production in the Sacramento region, support our regional film festivals and raise awareness of Sacramento as a destination for filmmakers and viewers.
